What if the Touhou Project games aren't works of fiction and Gensokyo isn't an imaginary thought. But rather that Gensokyo DOES exist and that the Touhou Project games are actually interactive newsreels of Gensokyo and that ZUN has already been there and receives information through an informant of a native Gensokyo resident so he can personally convert the news into video games. This means that Touhou fans are pretty much participating in newscasts disguised as games and doujin mangas.
