This was something I wrote for my school and was to serve as a prequel to "Brony Quest: When Nazis Attack", explaining Breed Academy and its connections to Equestria.
The prologue was added in an update to "Brony Quest 2: Day of Lavos" (which is the probably the most buggy thing I made), so the prologue takes place during Brony Quest 2.
